1. General
By using the Wizard of Loops Store (“the Site”) you agreeing to Wizard of Loops Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) terms and conditions. All materials, website name, logo, photos and written materials is property of Wizard of Loops Studio and must not be copied or distributed with our explicit consent.
2. Privacy
Your personal information is important us. Our Privacy Policy details how your information is collected, used and shared when you use our Site. By using our Site, you’re also agreeing that we can process your information in the ways set out in the Privacy Policy,
3. Your account
You’ll need to create an account on our site to make purchases. Here are a few rules about accounts on our Site:
a) You must be 18 years or older to use our Site. Minors under 18 and at least 16 years of age are only permitted to use our Site through an account owned by a parent or legal guardian with their appropriate permission and under their direct supervision. Children under 16 years are not permitted to create accounts or make any purchases on our Site. You are responsible for any and all account activity conducted by a minor on your account, and there may be commercial products or services available that you may want to consider to limit a minor’s access to material online.
b) Be honest. Provide accurate information about yourself. It’s prohibited to use false information or impersonate another person or company through your account.
c) Choose an appropriate name. If you decide to not have your full name serve as the name associated with your account, you may not use language that is offensive, vulgar, infringes someone’s intellectual property rights, or otherwise violates these Terms.
d) You’re responsible for your account. You’re solely responsible for any activity on your account. If you’re sharing an account with other people, then the person whose financial information is on the account will ultimately be responsible for all activity. If you’re registering as a business entity, you personally guarantee that you have the authority to agree to the Terms on behalf of the business. Also, your accounts are not transferable.
e) Protect your password. As mentioned above, you’re solely responsible for any activity on your account, so it’s important to keep your account password secure.
4. Pricing
Wizard of Loops Studio has the right to adjust the pricing of any of our products or services without warning. Any orders that have been placed with Wizard of Loops Studio and paid for before price increases have been applied will still be honored at the original price before the increase.
5. Returns & Exchanges
For any physical items like finished crocheted products, yarn or paperback books we apply 30 days return policy. In order to get full refund following conditions need to be satisfied:
- Refund request must be sent no more than 30 days after buyer received an item;
- Buyer must dispatch item they willing to get refund for to back to Wizard of Loops Studio at their own expense;
- Item must be in it’s original condition. If that is not the case we are entitled to deduct loss of value from the refund sum.
Please note that original postage expenses will be deducted from the refund sum.
For any digital products like digital patterns, crochet schemes, digital prints or digital books we not accepting returns.
We not accepting exchanges for either physical and digital products.
6. Delivery
All digital products will be available for download immediately after completion of order. Every item can be downloaded twice and download links are valid for 60 days. Please let us know at studio@wizardofloopls.com if you have any issues with your downloads.
7. Cancellation
Wizard of Loops Studio reserves right to cancel an order without providing any explanation.
Buyer can cancel order for physical items at any time before item was dispatched. After dispatch order cannot be canceled. We not accepting cancellations for any digital products.
8. Vouchers and Promo codes
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
